Jessica Beckstead
Jessica Beckstead serves as the Chief Executive Officer of VEXI Corporation (OC). Jessica is an 18-year veteran of the FX & CFD industry.
She joins OC from FXCM Inc, where she most recently served as Managing Director - Global Head of Sales & Customer Success. Previously, she was Managing Director of the US for FXCM before moving to Australia to become CEO of FXCM Australia. In her positions at FXCM she shaped and developed the firm’s commercial agenda and extended both its market outreach and geographical footprint. Jessica holds a BA in Political Science from Loyola University.
Kevin Ryan
Kevin joined VEXI in May 2012 as Global Controller. He has since taken on more responsibilities within the Finance function and was appointed Vice President of Finance in April 2016, CFO in March 2019, and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer and Director of VEXI Corporation. Kevin has over 15 years of financial services experience. Prior to coming to VEXI, he was a manager at KPMG LLP in their financial services audit practice. Kevin is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.
Carin Sporrer
Carin is the designated AML Compliance Officer for VEXI Corporation. Carin has 9 years of financial services experience. Prior to joining VEXI, Carin worked in various roles at JP Morgan Chase, most recently managing the AML & Reputational Risk Escalation team for JP Morgan Advisors. She received her LL.M. in International Business & Trade Law as well as her J.D. from University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, and a B.A. from the University of Iowa.
Sven Paloheimo
Sven has over 10 years' experience in the financial services sector. He joined VEXI in 2010, working his way up from the customer service team, running client retention efforts to now overseeing the sales and relationship management teams for VEXI Corporation and VEXI Canada. Sven has maintained laser focus on client needs and a passion for the markets. He has built upon an educational background in the humanities, including being an undergraduate from the University of Waterloo and graduate work at McGill University with series 3, 34, 30 licensing. Sven has passed his CMT level 3 and obtained CFTe certification.

VEXI Global Corporation
Otakar Šuffner
Mr. Otakar Šuffner, based in Prague, is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of the FTMO Group. He graduated from the University of Economics in Prague with a Master’s degree in Banking and Insurance. Throughout his career, Mr. Šuffner has focused on the trading industry, and in 2015 he co-founded the FTMO Group together with Mr. Marek Vašíček. Since its establishment, the FTMO Group has gradually expanded into additional industries. Over the years, the Group has received multiple awards for its innovative services, including recognition in the Deloitte Fast 50 CE. The FTMO Group’s long-term mission is to provide the global trader and investor community with access to a comprehensive suite of educational and trading services and solutions.
Marek Vašíček
Mr. Marek Vašíček, based in Prague, is the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of the FTMO Group. He brings experience from his previous roles working, inter alia, at Dom Maklerski BOŚ S.A. (Czech Republic branch) and as a web developer. Mr. Vašíček holds a Master’s degree in Banking and Insurance from the University of Economics in Prague. In 2015, he co-founded the FTMO Group together with Mr. Otakar Šuffner. Since its establishment, the FTMO Group has gradually expanded into additional industries. The excess net capital deficiency of VEXI Corporation in respect of January through July 2023 resulted from the application of capital requirements related to offsetting trades between VEXI Corporation and its parent entity, VEXI Global Corporation, on the one hand, and trades between VEXI Corporation and a third party prime broker on the other hand. The market exposure and P&L effect of these trades on VEXI Corporation was nil. Notwithstanding its having reported negative excess regulatory capital during this period, VEXI Corporation continued to hold capital (equity) in excess of $61 million and operating cash in excess of $55 million during the same period. Neither client assets nor VEXI Corporation’s ability to continue operations was at risk.

Policies and procedures concerning the choice of bank depositories, custodians and counterparties
VEXI holds its operating and customer funds in accounts at top tier banks. When initially selecting a bank depository, a thorough review of the bank’s credit rating and financial statements is completed. Normally, VEXI only holds funds at banks with a credit rating of A or higher. VEXI periodically monitors the financial condition of the banks it has relations with for ongoing compliance with established criteria. Any deviation from the above is subject to review and approval by VEXI’s Risk Management Executive Committee.
Material Risks associated with VEXI acting as a counterparty to Eligible Contract Participants (ECPs)
ECP credit risk arises when an ECP’s total deposited funds are insufficient to cover trading losses incurred. This situation may arise when there is a sudden and significant movement in the market relating to an instrument in which the client has an open position. VEXI controls the risks associated with ECP trading activities by requiring ECP’s to deposit cash collateral. VEXI does not allow ECPs to enter into trades if the ECP has not deposited a sufficient amount of collateral. In addition, the trading platform manages this risk by automatically closing out an ECP’s open positions when there is insufficient collateral on deposit. VEXI also has affiliated companies that act as regulated forex counterparties in foreign markets and VEXI is required to maintain a higher level of capital based on its relationships with those affiliates.
Material complaints or actions
VEXI is required to disclose any material administrative, civil, enforcement or criminal complaints or actions filed against VEXI where such complaints or actions have not concluded, and any enforcement complaints or actions filed against FCM during the last three years.
The National Futures Association (NFA) issued a decision on May 29, 2025, accepting an Offer of Settlement from VEXI. In the settlement, VEXI consented to findings that it violated NFA rules, without admitting or denying the specific allegations.
