Qualifying for volume-based rebates
Volume-based rebates are available when you trade in high volumes. You would qualify for monthly rebates when you meet our monthly notional trade volume. At the end of each calendar month, your total rebate earned based on your account package will be calculated and credited in the following month.
Your account manager or relationship manager can tell you what your trade volume for the month has been.
There are no fees or charges to be a premium client with us. We simply require that you regularly trade in the volume outlined in the table above.

FAQs
You don’t need to have a minimum balance to open or maintain an VEXI account. However, you will need funds in your account to open positions.
As a Capital Markets Services licence holder, licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, VEXI is required to set up a trust account at a major bank that is registered and licensed in Singapore. Currently all deposits made to VEXI are held in trust for you with the Standard Chartered Bank and DBS bank.
You’ll remain in the account tier for the calendar quarter in which you qualify and next calendar quarter, for as long as you continue to meet the trading volume requirements. This means that if you continue to meet the trading volume requirement in the above table, your account benefits will continue automatically.
If you drop below the qualifying trading volume requirement, you will be moved to a lower package in the subsequent calendar quarter. We recognise that as a high-value client, you may trade in various markets and may not meet the volume requirements indicated in the table above. For this reason, we occasionally reward clients with premium client status tailored to your trading preferences.
Volumes start counting on the first day of the first month of each calendar quarter (1st January, 1st April, 1st July, 1st October).
